Shooting Stars Austin
The Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Central & South Texas helps grant wishes to children with life-threatening medical conditions that depend on courage to overcome obstacles every day.
Now they are inviting you to shoot for the stars at the Inaugural Shooting Stars Austin Clay Shoot event, with special guests Heisman Trophy winner Ty Detmer and KASE 101's Bama Brown!
The event will kick off with a Wild Game Dinner at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Austin on Friday April 20th at 7 p.m. The clay shoot will be held at Dahlstrom Ranch in Buda on Saturday, April 21st. Registration and lunch will begin at 12 p.m., followed by the clay shoot at 1:30 p.m.
Tickets for the Wild Game dinner, featuring a chef showdown at the Hyatt Regency are selling at $75 per ticket. The Wild Game Dinner brings the hunt to the table. Hyatt chefs aim to please using local game and farm fresh ingredients to prepare a dinner that's sure to hit the target. While trying to decide who your favorite chef is, you can also bid on some of our great auction items!
Individuals that raise a minimum of $250 or teams of four that raise a minimum of $1,000 will have the opportunity to shoot for the stars in the Inaugural Make-A-Wish Austin sporting clay shoot event!
Reach your fundraising goals by recruiting friends, family and co-workers to support you when you shoot for the stars for the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Central & South Texas. Companies and organizations can also band together to help you participate in this event.
The fundraising minimum can be raised through any combination of donations, or simply register online and create your own fundraising page for safe and secure online donations and communication to your potential supporters.
Since 1984, the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Central & South Texas has granted over 3,000 wishes throughout its 40-county-territory. The Foundation's sole mission is to grant the wishes of children, between the ages of 2 ½ to 18, with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.
